- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 a stick)
- 2/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans
- Combine ingredients in a big bowl.
- Pour into pie crust
- Bake on 450 degrees for 10 minutes
- Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the filling stops being runny
Seriously, that’s it. I was really surprised by how easy pie really is.
