The worse thing to ever happen to my health and general well-being is my office’s bowl full of “fun-sized” candy bars. See, we’ve always had a full cabinet of snacks available to us and that cabinet has always contained full-sized (and king sized!) candy bars, but those are quite the commitment. Given the opportunity to think, I usually come to the conclusion that I don’t need an entire candy bar. I mean, that’s a lot of food and it’s an entire meal’s worth of calories.
But with “fun-sized” candy bars, I always think, “Sure, I could have just one.”
19 fun-sized bites later….
I should have just eaten 2 or 3 full-sized candybars.
